Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in bridge or heavy civil construction.
• Strong background in bridge construction, structural concrete, roadway, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field operations on bridge and highway projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate structural concrete, bridge rehabilitation, and new bridge construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Maintain quality control and enforce all safety standards
