Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven rebar/rodbusting experience on commercial, industrial, bridge, or highway projects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform outdoor work in heat, cold, and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Tie and place reinforcing steel (rebar) on major bridge and highway projects with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Install rebar in footings, columns, decks, barriers, walls, and other structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Read and follow drawings and placement plans to ensure correct spacing, lap, bar sizes, and bar placement.
• Work safely at heights and in outdoor conditions while maintaining productivity and a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate with foreman and crew to keep work areas organized, on schedule, and compliant with safety standards.
