Qualifications

• Proven rebar/rodbusting experience on commercial, industrial, bridge, or highway projects.
• Ability to read and interpret basic rebar drawings and placement plans.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Tie and place reinforcing steel (rebar) on major bridge and highway projects with accuracy and speed.
• Install rebar in footings, columns, decks, barriers, walls, and other structural components
• Read and follow drawings to ensure correct spacing, lap, and bar placement
• Work safely at heights and in outdoor conditions while maintaining productivity
• Coordinate with foreman and crew to keep work areas organized, on schedule, and compliant with safety standards
