Applicants should have advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork. Experience with railroad bridges, welding, operating equipment, and drilling is a plus. A driver's license is required, but a CDL is preferred.

• Location: Williston, VT with assignments throughout VT likely
• Rate of Pay: $38 - $44 / hr, depending on experience
• Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance available, 401k, Profit Sharing, Vacation, ESOP
• Working Hours: 45 to 55 hours per week typical

ECI pays overtime after 8 hours each day, and offers a $4 per hour shift differential on out‑of‑town work plus $60 per diem. Travel to remote jobs is paid at least one‑way.
