Premier Global Links LLC seeks an experienced Structural Bridge Engineering Manager to lead a team of structural bridge engineers in planning, design, and delivery of complex bridge projects. The role blends technical leadership with project management, staff development, resource planning, and client engagement to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of structural bridge engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated PennDOT bridge project experience.
• Experience managing projects, teams, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables.
• Proven business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of structural bridge engineers and staff.
• Oversee planning, design, and delivery of bridge projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and staff.
• Manage workloads, staffing, resources, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Develop staffing plans based on project needs and growth.
• Coordinate budgets and resource allocation across the department.
• Support growth plans with office and practice leaders.
• Expand market presence via client relationships, marketing, and BD initiatives.
• Lead/provide input for proposals and statements of qualifications.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and conduct regular coaching.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop engineering staff.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct reviews.
