Integrity Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead a growing regional bridge design group in Ohio. You will guide complex projects, manage budgets and scopes, and mentor engineers while strengthening client relationships and pursuing high-profile opportunities.

The role requires a PE in Ohio, 15+ years in bridge design, and strong knowledge of AASHTO/AREMA standards. Ohio municipalities and ODOT collaboration are key aspects of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of bridge design and project leadership experience.
• PE license in Ohio required; SE license is a plus.
• Strong relationships with ODOT and Ohio municipalities.
• Knowledge of AASHTO and AREMA standards.
• AASHTO Ware and BrR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Guide a bridge design team through complex projects.
• Direct and mentor in-office and remote staff.
• Perform structural analysis, design, and drawings for major bridges.
• Develop budgets, scopes, and schedules for ODOT pursuits.
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development.
• Coordinate design reviews and agency permitting.
