WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Engineering Department Manager in our Kansas City office. You will lead design and analysis of highway bridges, grow a local structural design team, and collaborate with the Transportation Team to meet client objectives.
The role requires a KS/MO PE, 15+ years in structural engineering with a bridge focus, and proven leadership. You will mentor staff, manage scope and budgets, oversee proposals, and represent WSP at industry events.
