What You'll Be Doing

• Manage planning, design & construction of bridges
• Lead proposals, project strategy, and execution
• Guide and mentor engineering staff
• Work closely with MDOT & local clients

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience
• Michigan PE License required
• MDOT experience is a must
• NBIS Qualified Team Leader = big plus
• AutoCAD & MicroStation skills preferred
