HBM Engineering Group, LLC is seeking a Bridge Engineer/Inspector to support IDOT District One and Two inspections and reporting. You will inspect bridges to NBIS standards and help document conditions and deficiencies for ongoing projects.
The role requires 4+ years in bridge engineering or inspection, Illinois leadership certification, and a valid driver's license. WBE/DBE details and a strong team/remote work capability are valued.

1) Design of Highway Bridges and Related Transportation Structures.

HBM Engineering Group, LLC is currently seeking a Bridge Engineer/Inspector.
The individual will assist the IDOT’s engineers, Managers, and Technicians in the daily work required to inspect structures throughout IDOT District One and District Two and to prepare reports documenting their condition and deficiencies.
Typical work assignments of the individual will be to perform Bridge Inspections in accordance with NBIS procedures for Element Level and Routine Inspections.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
