Qualifications
18 credit hours of structural engineering coursework (proof of enrollment if not completed may be necessary).
Ability to sit for the 16-hour NCEES Structural exam.
Recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
Responsibilities
Assist in design of bridges and structures.
Participate in inspection of in-service bridges.
Conduct analysis and design for construction plans.
Skills
Experience with MicroStation
Experience with MS Office Suite
Experience with AutoCAD, LPILE and RISA 3-D
Communication of complex technical concepts
Building effective relationships
Independent and teamwork problem solving
Interest in a variety of assignments
Education
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
