Responsibilities include conducting analysis and preparing specifications, as well as compliance evaluations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and relevant coursework. The position offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $95,000 along with various benefits including performance bonuses and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in civil engineering.
• Experience with structural engineering coursework is necessary.
• Registration as EI or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of bridges and structures.
• Conduct inspections of in-service bridges.
• Prepare specifications, details, and construction plans.

Experience with MicroStation

Experience with MS Office Suite

Experience with AutoCAD

Experience with LPILE

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts

Ability to build client relationships

Interest in experiencing a variety of assignments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

18 credit hours of structural engineering coursework

Registration as an Engineer Intern (EI)

Demonstrated excellence in academia

Master’s degree in structural engineering (preferred)
