You will assist with bridge and structure design, load ratings and inspections under experienced engineers, gaining hands-on exposure across design, analysis, and field tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university, structures focus.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus preferred or planned within 2 years.
• Strong interest in bridge and structural engineering.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Application of AASHTO/ASTM and DOT/Agency standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support bridge and structure design, load ratings, and inspections.
• Gain hands-on experience in design, analysis, and field tasks with mentorship from experienced engineers.
