Zusammenfassung

Benesch is seeking a Bridge & Structures Intern to be based in our Pittsburgh, PA office, supporting traditional and complex bridge and structure design, load ratings, and inspections. You will gain hands‑on experience contributing to design, analysis, and field tasks while learning directly from experienced engineers.

The role offers mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers, exposure to real projects across the country, and opportunities for growth through training and leadership

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with a structures focus.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus preferred or planned within 2 years.
• Strong interest in bridge and structural engineering with excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AASHTO and PennDOT design and construction standards preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
