Collins is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Chesterton, Indiana team. The candidate will play a key role in bridge and structural design, project management, and client coordination on INDOT projects.

The ideal individual has 5–8 years of relevant experience, a PE license in Indiana, and the ability to lead teams and manage budgets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil/structural projects.
• Experience in bridges, roadways, ports or related facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Independently performs engineering computations and prepares plans.
• Manages project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Directs teams and coordinates with clients and agencies on projects.
• Ensures safety, quality control and compliance with INDOT standards.
• Assists in proposal scoping, cost estimation and project planning.
