Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Bridge Design Manager to lead and manage engineering teams on varied infrastructure projects. Located primarily in Columbia, SC, with possible work in Charleston or Greenville and some weekly travel to Columbia.

You will oversee design development, provide technical guidance, and mentor other engineers while coordinating with clients and pursuing new proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license in SC or ability to obtain required.
• Minimum 10 years of structural bridge design experience desirable.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with major design software and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design development and deliverables for bridges, interchanges, widening, rail and pedestrian projects.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve complex problems.
• Oversee construction phase services for the Designer of Record.
• Lead projects in Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build environments.
• Mentor bridge engineers and ensure QC/QA of deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, submittals, meetings, reviews and invoicing.
• Assist in proposals and public information presentations.
• Willingness to develop conference papers and presentations.
