Job summary

Larson Design Group seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering design activities for diverse projects. You will prepare construction documents and perform design calculations while ensuring QA/QC and client satisfaction.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, strong communication, and ability to mentor engineers and interns within a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Minimum of five years' job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent design tasks and prepares construction documents.
• Reviews work of others and delivers projects to completion.
• Maintains cross-functional collaboration with project teams.
• Conducts QA/QC reviews to ensure client and technical standards.
• Assists in schedules, proposals, and labor hour estimates.
• Communicates scope and delivers design work to stakeholders.
• Develops design budgets for routine scopes.
• Provides guidance and training to engineers and interns.
