• Directs technicians in drafting proposed structures.
• Reviews plans submitted by outside sources for approval.
• Inspects structures, analyzes deficiencies, and writes repair/reconstruction reports.
• Manages moderately complex to complex projects and informs team members.
• Suggests improvements to bridge policy and procedures based on new specs.
