Job summary

E&B Paving seeks an experienced Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge and structural projects in Indiana. You will mentor foremen, drive safety, and ensure projects are built to plan, on schedule, and within budget.

You will coordinate with project management, estimators, and owners, enforce OSHA standards, and oversee crews across multiple sites within the North Bridge Division footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in heavy civil construction with bridges and structural concrete.
• Proven background as a Bridge Foreman or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret structural plans, drawings, and project specs.
• Proficient in construction management software and daily reporting tools.
• Active OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for bridge and structural projects, ensure safety and quality.
• Mentor foremen, manage crews, and maintain on-schedule, on-budget performance.
• Coordinate with project management, estimators, and owners, and interface with inspectors.
• Monitor production reports and labor costs to protect margins.
• Oversee travel to multiple sites within the North Bridge Division footprint.
