• Responsible for physical tasks supporting bridge and related structure construction, including concrete demolition, deck repair, equipment maintenance, and site cleanup.
• Assist Foreman and management with assigned duties.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various project sites, primarily in Chetek, WI.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in diverse weather and dusty environments, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Membership in a Local Laborer Union or willingness to join is required; union membership is not required prior to employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of bridge construction or related experience preferred, including operating equipment like concrete vibrators and jackhammers.
