Job summary

GPI seeks experienced Bridge Coatings Inspectors to support projects across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and other Midwest states from Frankfort, KY. AMPP Coatings Inspector CIP 1 with at least 1 year of bridge coating inspection is required; SSPC BCIs and C3 Supervisor certifications are preferred.

You'll inspect coatings, prepare reports, and travel to multiple job sites, including some night shifts. GPI offers competitive benefits and a strong commitment to diversity and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIP 1 Basic Coatings Inspector level with at least 1 year of bridge coating inspection experience.
• Preferred SSPC BCIs and C3 Supervisor certifications and Competent Person Training for Deleading of Industrial Structures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept or reject work per specifications and codes, and monitor waste materials and traffic control.
• Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports detailing conditions, progress, weather, and acceptability of work.
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed, with some assignments including night shifts.
