The ideal candidate will oversee projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure delivery of high-quality work.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in construction estimating techniques. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator in the construction industry, or relevant schoolwork.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, costs, and estimating techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
