Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
• Experience in bridge construction or concrete form carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with government contracts and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with constructing, installing, and removing concrete forms for bridge components.
• Perform general carpentry duties related to bridge and concrete structures.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to size.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Carpenter to support bridge and structural concrete construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks including forming, pouring, finishing, stripping, and general labor duties related to bridge construction.
