Job summary

HDR is seeking a CADD Technician to join its Transportation Business Group. You will contribute to drafting, layouts, and graphical representations of engineering designs using CAD software in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities include producing CAD drawings under supervision, maintaining accuracy, and supporting multiple disciplines across highways and bridges. This role offers full-time employment with opportunities to grow skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical school degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MicroStation CAD software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform discipline-specific drafting assignments under supervision of an Architect/Engineer.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches and maps using CAD software.
• Perform other duties as needed.
