Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel/service environment preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Utilize store systems and POS to manage customer flow and sale processes.
• Provide 5-Star customer service and work toward sales targets and conversion rates.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and setting up fitting rooms.
• Help customers find the perfect gown, listening to needs and offering personalization options.
• Coordinate with Alterations to schedule fittings and promote alterations services.
• Maintain store standards and assist with merchandising and promotions.
