Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Part-Time Stylist in Richfield, MN. You will deliver a friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience while achieving sales goals and providing 5‑Star customer service. You will assist brides with fittings, manage appointments, and promote alterations services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the Store Manager with support from the Sales Manager and be a brand ambassador upholding the David’s Bridal values. Part-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a 5‑Star service.
• Assist customers with fittings and appointments.
• Meet or exceed sales goals using the selling behaviors.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Alterations teams on alterations services.
