Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver a 5-Star customer experience, manage appointments and assist customers in finding the perfect gown or dress. You will work under Store Manager and Sales Manager, acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to 5-Star service and sales goals.

The role emphasizes customer focus, relationship building, and collaboration with Alterations Specialists to drive conversions and personalize fittings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent degree is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or service is preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Achieve sales goals and productivity through selling behaviors.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional selling experience.
• Manage customer flow and use iPad tools to assist customers.
• Assist with store presentation and operations as directed by management.
