David’s Bridal is hiring a part-time retail associate to deliver a 5-star customer experience across appointments and in-store visits. You will greet customers, manage flow with POS and iPad tools, assist with fittings, and promote alterations services to complete weddings with style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Manage customer flow using POS and iPad tools to deliver a 5-star experience.
• Assist with fitting rooms and coordinate alterations/scheduling.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and convert more customers through upsell and service.
