Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all David’s Bridal customers and help achieve sales goals.
• Manage customer flow and appointments using iPad tools and POS system.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options, coordinating with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and a visually appealing presentation to ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding expectations and needs and identifying the best gown.
