Full-time, non-exempt position with weekend availability and one week of paid training in Columbus, OH. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and a strong employee benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or luxury fashion.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
• Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
