Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Deliver 5-Star Customer Service and meet sales goals by following selling behaviors.
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt style to customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person and over the phone with friendly, genuine enthusiasm.
• Use the store systems to manage customer flow and research information for the customer.
• Assist multiple customers at once while maintaining a high level of service and addressing concerns.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites, and set fitting rooms accordingly.
• Build relationships by asking questions, listening to needs, and guiding to appropriate products.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists to set appointments.
• Ensure proper measurements and accurate data entry to support orders and minimize returns.
• Maintain clean, organized store presentation and follow loss prevention policies.
• Support sales goals by achieving a target conversion rate and promoting add-ons.
