Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in retail, with POS experience. You’ll work with a team to hit productivity targets and uphold store standards daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years retail experience preferred in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone; manage flow and deliver 5-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization; set up alteration appointments with customers.
• Maintain store standards and follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures.
