Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide 5-star service in person and by phone.
• Manage customer flow using POS systems and iPad tools.
• Build relationships, understand needs and set future appointments.
• Promote alterations and personalize fittings with the Alterations team.
• Maintain store standards and assist in achieving sales goals.
• Clock in/out accurately and follow loss prevention policies.
