Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel/service environment preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Research customer profiles and prepare fitting rooms for appointments.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Drive 5-Star Customer Service and sales through the store's selling process.
• Set future appointments and follow up to improve conversions.
