Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, one-on-one service during bridal, bridesmaid, and special occasion appointments.
• Assist with booking appointments, restocking, light merchandising, and day-to-day upkeep.
• Contribute ideas for social content and boutique events, and assist with styled shoots and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, creative team and remain flexible to help wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

• Client Experience & Sales
• Deliver warm, one‑on‑one service during bridal, bridesmaid, and special occasion appointments. Guide clients through the shopping process with confidence, care, and an understanding of personal style.
• Boutique Support
• Maintain a polished, well‑organized boutique environment. Assist with booking appointments, restocking, light merchandising, and day‑to‑day upkeep.
• Marketing & Events Collaboration
• Contribute ideas for social content and boutique events, and assist with occasional styled shoots and in‑store promotions.
• Teamwork
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, creative team. Flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed is key to success in this role.
