Unveiled Bridal SF is seeking an energetic, warm team member to join our boutique. You will assist brides, style appointments, and guide clients from first contact to final purchase, ensuring a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Energetic, warm, welcoming with love for people and sales.

• Interest in bridal or fashion industry; start or continue experience.
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Able to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Run bridal appointments, styling the bride and following up; assist clients from start to finish of purchase.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Wear many hats in a small, tight-knit team; assist wherever needed.
• Develop knowledge of bridal designers carried and stay current on wedding/fashion trends.
• Help day-to-day store tasks: tagging, steaming, shipping, and keeping shop organized.
• Proficient and confident in opening and closing the store.
• Grow with the company as it expands; valued team members.

• A love for fashion and/or bridal, looking for a start (or to continue) building experience in the bridal or fashion industry
• Experience in customer service or customer facing role

• Ability to work on weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays)

Primary Responsibilities

• Run bridal appointments which includes styling the bride and executing upon follow-up. Assisting clients from beginning to end of purchase.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Wear many hats - as a small, tight-knit team, we all do a bit of everything! Must be excited and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Develops knowledge of the bridal designers we carry, as well as stays current on wedding and fashion trends.
• Help with day-to-day store tasks, including but not limited to: tagging, steaming, and managing inbound and outbound shipping, keeping shop organized.
• Proficient and confident in opening and closing the store.
