Job summary

Luv Bridal’s Memphis showroom is seeking a Bridal Stylist who is outgoing, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about weddings. You’ll host one-on-one appointments, listen to each bride’s vision, and help them feel celebrated.

You’ll recommend gowns and accessories, build lasting relationships, and strive to meet sales goals while supporting daily showroom operations in a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales (bridal or fashion preferred).
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends (required).
• Team-player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride's vision, style, and personality.
• Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride walks through the door.
• Recommend gowns and accessories based on style, budget, and timeline.
• Build strong relationships with brides, guests, and team members.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Support daily showroom operations including cleaning, merchandising and restocking.
• Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and genuinely loves working with people. Bridal experience is a plus, but not required—we're more interested in your attitude, energy, and ability to connect with our brides.

What You’ll Do

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll create unforgettable, meaningful moments for every bride by:

• Providing one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride's vision, style, and personality
• Creating an exceptional experience from the moment a bride walks through the door
• Recommending gowns and accessories based on the bride's style, budget, and timeline
• Building strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Supporting daily showroom operations including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns/accessories
• Handling emotional situations with empathy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales (bridal or fashion preferred)
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals
