Job summary

Lovely Bride LLC in Miami is seeking a Part-Time Bridal Stylist + Content Creator to welcome clients, guide gown selections, and close sales with warmth and style. You’ll own appointments from start to finish, assist with in-store content, and help grow our social presence.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, have 1–3 years of retail or bridal experience, and be comfortable on camera for TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (fashion or bridal preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Passion for styling, fashion, and creating meaningful client experiences.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
• Experience with TikTok and Instagram and creating video content.
• Comfortable on camera and creating video content.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for every bride and their guests
• Lead one-on-one bridal appointments, including gown selection and full styling
• Build authentic relationships and guide clients through purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Manage client communication, including follow-ups via phone and email
• Assist with inventory processes (receiving, steaming, and tagging gowns)
• Maintain a beautiful, organized showroom environment
• Support in-store events, trunk shows, and new collection launches
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and supportive store culture
• Create content for Lovely Bride Miami, including concepting, filming, and editing short-form video for TikTok & Instagram
• Act as social media lead for Lovely Bride Miami
• Support scheduling and coordination of try-on sessions

About the Role:

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll guide brides through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. This is a sales-driven, customer-focused role where you’ll combine styling expertise with genuine connection to help each bride find their perfect wedding dress. You’ll own your appointments from start to finish – welcoming clients, understanding their vision, styling gowns and accessories, and confidently closing each sale.
