Job summary

The White Dress Couture in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a stylish Bridal Stylist who loves fashion, weddings, and creating memorable luxury experiences. You will work one-on-one with brides to help them find gowns that make them feel confident and completely themselves.

You will greet clients, conduct attentive bridal appointments, advise on silhouettes and accessories, and ensure a welcoming, polished salon environment.

Qualifications

• Bridal styling or luxury retail experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong eye for fit, proportion, and aesthetics.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a busy boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end, welcoming bridal consultations from appointment to sale.
• Advise on gowns, silhouettes, fabrics, veils, and accessories.
• Build relationships with brides to create a luxury shopping experience.
• Greet clients, answer phones, book appointments, and maintain salon.
• Support front-desk tasks and salon upkeep.

Are you passionate about fashion, luxury, weddings, and creating unforgettable experiences?We are a couture bridal salon in beautiful Newport Beach looking for a stylish, warm, motivated Bridal Stylist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a strong eye for fashion and styling, and takes pride in providing exceptional, personalized service. You’ll work one-on-one with brides to help them find the gown that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.

~ What You’ll Do ~

As a Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a high-end, welcoming experience from the moment a bride and her loved ones walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Styling brides and helping them select their dream wedding gown!
• Conducting personalized, attentive bridal appointments and consultations
• Providing expert guidance on gowns, silhouettes, fabrics, veils, accessories, and overall bridal looks based on her vision and personality
• Building genuine relationships with brides and creating a memorable luxury shopping experience
• Following up with clients and helping manage the full appointment-to-sale process
• Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments
• Greeting clients and creating an inviting, polished salon environment
• Assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities
• Maintaining the appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the salon
• Assisting with other day-to-day salon responsibilities as needed

*Bridal, luxury retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We pay a base hourly rate depending on experience, however we are a commission based store! You will make commission on every item sold, and there are no commission caps.

Our ideal candidate is available 4-5 days / week, and is available to work weekends as Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days!
