Job Description:

As a STYLIST, you will contribute to the success of your store by leading inspiring appointments and connecting with our brides. Our stylists are experts on all things Luv Bridal. You are a great listener, able to understand the bride’s needs, and offer solutions. As a team member, you are willing to help wherever needed.

Customer Experience:

• Create positive energy during appointments that makes guests rave about their experience
• Present yourself professionally to the team and customers
• Make confirmation calls, schedule appointments, and follow-ups
• Plan and participate in in-store/out-of-store events
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Operations:

• Maintain showroom in pristine condition
• Steam gowns, price new inventory, and ship products as needed
• Complete follow-ups promptly
• Manage time effectively during appointments
• Accurately input orders
• Assist team members with tasks as needed

The Details:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of retail experience in bridal or a service-based business
• An interest in fashion and trends
• A humble attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift items over 25 lbs
