David’s Bridal is seeking an energetic Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star customer service on the sales floor. You will mentor Dream Makers and guests, driving performance and store results while maintaining a welcoming, stylish experience for every guest.

You will oversee coaching, scheduling, and training to elevate selling skills and ensure top-tier guest experiences. This is a part-time, on-site role in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher and 2–4 years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Experience coaching and developing frontline associates to achieve five-star guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and manage active floor operations.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to stay within budget and ensure proper timekeeping.
• Set and communicate daily sales goals; conduct weekly performance discussions and provide feedback.
• Assist in building a strong bench and talent pipeline to fill positions within 30 days.
