Luxe Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure consistency across boutique locations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a personalized, memorable shopping journey for every Bride-to-Be. We value leadership, excellent service, attention to detail, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full shifts on weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and 1 year of sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Excellent English communication and ability to lead a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with interviewing stylists and initial conversations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and ensure top performance.
• Draft store schedules and adjust staffing in real time.
• Provide real-time coaching and resolve customer issues.
• Drive store KPIs and maintain brand standards across the team.
• Act as Store Manager in the Manager’s absence and manage daily ops.
