Luxe Brands is seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead Luxe Redux Bridal Boutiques. The role drives sales growth, operations, and client experiences across multiple locations by developing Store Managers and teams.

You will coach for results, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability to business metrics and Luxe Brands standards. The ideal leader develops talent, analyzes trends, and partners with Store Managers to elevate sales and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant multi-store management experience.
• Proven track record leading teams to achieve sales goals and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences across the district.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers through performance conversations and clear expectations.
• Analyze district performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance to Store Managers for daily operations and objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to build leadership depth across stores.
• Address operational challenges with proactive, effective solutions.
• Liaise between leadership, staff, clients, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and the brand's core processes.
• Foster accountability, ownership, and high performance across locations.
