David’s Bridal is seeking a friendly, professional Stylist to deliver a welcoming, 5-star shopping experience for brides and guests in our California store. You will use the sales process to meet appointment goals, assist with gown selection, and promote alterations and customization options.

You will maintain high store standards, work collaboratively with management and fellow stylists, and help drive bridal sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide 5-star service in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and use POS/iPad tools to assist customers.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and store productivity goals.
