You will conduct fittings, tailor gowns, and manage alterations for wedding attire, with a focus on high-value gowns and a calm, customer-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Bridal alteration experience with portfolio or references.
• Ability to properly fit high-value gowns and adjust details.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first, second, and final fittings with brides for wedding gowns.
• Customize gowns: hemming, side seams, bodice shaping, neckline adjustments, sleeve modifications.
• Create bustles tailored to dress design and bride’s preference.
• Handle bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and ceremony attire.
• Explain timelines and expectations to brides for the alteration day.
