Job summary

Glasbern Inn in Fogleville, PA seeks a Bridal Attendant to provide personalized assistance to the bride before, during, and after the ceremony and reception. You will work closely with banquet, catering, and event teams to ensure comfort, organization, and seamless coordination.

The role includes pre-event preparation, coordinating with vendors, supporting the bride on the day, managing personal items, and helping keep the event timeline on track.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience a plus.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.
• Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event Preparation: meet with bride/coordinator to review timeline, preferences, and special requests; ensure bridal suite is prepared; confirm arrival times for hair, makeup, vendors; coordinate with hotel departments.
• Day-of Wedding Support: stay with bride during event; assist with dressing and personal items; provide refreshments; manage wardrobe fixes; stay on timeline with planner/banquet manager; liaise between bride and hotel staff.
