Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Operative in Bradford for a 3-month contract to repair external masonry on residential properties. The role involves external works including air brick removal and replacement, vent installation and repointing around new installations.

The candidate must hold a valid CSCS card and have proven bricklaying and repointing experience, plus familiarity with property maintenance or masonry repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous bricklaying and repointing experience.
• Experience carrying out property maintenance or masonry repairs.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a good standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Breaking out and removing existing air bricks and air vents.
• Installing replacement air bricks and vents.
• Repointing brickwork around the new installations.
• Completing works across approximately 2 houses per day.
