The company carries out mainly new-build projects involving facade brickwork, blockwork and glued masonry. The work requires experienced, independent bricklayers, starting with 2 people, with room to grow the team if the cooperation goes well.

Work area: West and East Flanders; changing project sites, Belgium only
Preferred accommodation area: West or East Flanders, or within daily commuting distance; accommodation is not provided
Start date: Within 1 to 2 weeks (28.09 - 05.10)
Extension: Long term possible, even for years, if the work meets the client's quality expectations; not guaranteed
Hourly rate: EUR 30.00 – 31.00 per hour, all-inclusive, including mileage
Contract: Direct contract with the client; paid per hour worked
Payment term: 14 days
Lay facing brick, with both flush-pointed mortar and pointing afterwards.
Build blockwork for the inner cavity leaf and inner walls.
Work with traditional mortar and glue mortar.
Build up cavity walls, including wall ties, DPC and airtight finishing.
Work on scaffolding and independently complete a facade, with an expected output of about 8 m² per person per day.

Own basic hand tools (trowel, hammer, spirit level, …) are required.

English or Dutch, enough to communicate on site.
A team of 2 with prior experience working together is preferred.
