Job summary

RECON Engineering & Construction is seeking skilled craftsmen experienced in refractory material and anchor system installation in the United States. The role includes ensuring high-quality refractory installations and leading crews to maintain productive workflows.

Candidates should be able to install anchor systems for refractory work and operate gunite equipment, brick installation, and ram plastic refractories.

Qualifications

  • API or NCEER refractory certifications recommended.
  • Welding certification recommended.
  • Three (3) or more years refractory work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality refractory installation and take ownership of workmanship.
  • Direct labor to maintain continuous supply of materials and equipment for productivity.
  • Install anchor systems for refractory installation.
  • Operate gunite equipment, install refractory brick and ram plastic refractories.

Operate gunite equipment, install refractory brick and have experience ramming plastic refractories.
