Job summary

Vesuvius USA is seeking a maintenance and customer-focused professional to monitor and assist in the maintenance of refractory systems at our New York operation. You will service specialized pneumatic refractory gunite equipment, track inventories, and participate in outage planning to minimize downtime.

You will interact with customers to determine immediate and long-term refractory requirements while following the established safety program and maintaining responsiveness, including occasional

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and respond 24/7 when needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed:
