Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to join the BRIC Team, the company’s security operations center focused on physical security and risk mitigation. This role provides 24/7 oversight for the store fleet and supports strategic BRIC functions to protect people and assets.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV and alarms, supporting investigations with OSINT, and coordinating with field partners to ensure timely and effective responses, including night hours and weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms for BRIC initiatives (incident response, case management, OSINT).
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with clear communication across levels.
• Willingness to work Nights/Weekends/Holidays.
• Asset Protection, Security, Emergency Management/Response, and Investigations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake of incident reports from store teams and assess events against guidance.
• Monitor BRIC technology to identify threats and monitor safety risks to operations.
• Execute internal and external investigation support; use OSINT for theft/fraud investigations.
• Vigilantly monitor alarms during night hours and coordinate swift responses with stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in CCTV operation and audit third-party guard adherence.
• Collaborate with field partners to ensure asset protection actions are appropriate.
